Background
Carmen Hui is a jewelry designer, an executive committee member of the Asia Pacific Gemmologist Society, and holds the Fellowship of the Gemological Association (FGA) through the Gemological Association of Great Britain. She graduated with an MA in Fine Arts from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. Carmen carries out artistic creation through various art forms.
Carmen completed her undergraduate studies at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, earning a BA (Hons) degree in Industrial and Product Design in 2015. Following her studies, she worked in a large multinational toy company before pursuing a career in jewelry design. She actively participates in local and international gem and jewelry exhibitions. Carmen has received awards in the 2017 and 2019 International Opal Jewellery Design Award, the 2017 and 2018 JMA International Jewellery Design Competition Awards, as well as the 20th Hong Kong Jewellery Design Competition.
